Premium Access costs $25 per month. It requires a one-time account registration and gives you unlimited printing without a watermark. Camden County OPRA Directory

OPRA replaced the old Right to Know Law and took effect on July 7, 2002. Under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, OPRA expanded the public's right of access to government records and created an administrative appeals process for denied requests. It also defined what counts as a government record. Camden County OPRA requests go through the Municipal Clerk's Office in Camden City, managed by Luis Pastoriza. Agencies must respond within seven business days under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5. Commercial requests get fourteen business days. Budgets, bills, vouchers, contracts, and salary data must be available immediately. If denied, file with the Government Records Council at 866-850-0511. Penalties under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-11 start at $1,000 and can reach $5,000.

Copy fees at the library match standard rates. Letter-size pages cost $0.05 each. Legal-size pages cost $0.07 each. Electronic records sent by email or fax are free. A 50% deposit may be charged when requests exceed $25. Anonymous requests over $5 need a 100% deposit.
